About This Journal

Journal of Leadership (JOL) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that considers articles on all aspects of JOL, the goal of this journal is to provide a platform and global forum for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of JOL.
